Respected sir,

First, we discuss about can technology replace role of teacher .And  use of technology in process of teaching and learning in our  education system. And also  my views about that technology can not replace teacher. both the way of looking that supporting this argument  or opposing the argument.
21st century is age of advancement of  technology. Today’s generation of students are growing up in a digital world. Using digital devices is a huge part of their everyday experience out of collage or school. Through Google they have access to a wide way of digital information, apps,  content  and resources.  The effective Use of Technology in Education has changed the face of education and it has created more educational opportunities. Both teachers and students have benefited from various educational technologies, teachers have learned how to integrate technology in their classrooms and students are getting more interested in learning with technology.

Technology not a replacement but towards the betterment
Technology should not replace teachers. Its main use is to enable students learn better through increasing their engagement in educational activities.

Use of technology not means can be replacement of for teachers, but yes, it can be used in effectively to enhance the learning process. use of online activity, video, e-books, e-learning ,educational apps etc. we all have come up with powerful resources that can be betterment of the entire education system.
Many collages and schools, all across the world, today have advancement of technology to use of learning process for student. We have also introduced a technology as learning concept to become a smart class like Flipped learning, online discussion ,and Classroom apps also. Technolog Classes concept helps the teachers to easily teach the most difficult of concepts using the graphics and animations from the picture. Moreover, the students also get better and quicker understanding of the subjects.

Technology Can Easily Replace Teachers

we  might have seen many online courses offered by many top universities and how this has opened doors for students all around the world as now they can study whatever subject in any field they want from their homes.
It was after the introduction of these courses that the debate about this topic got started. Now that the students have an access to all the resources at home, what is the need of the physical presence of teachers, right?
Moreover, we see more and more use of computers and laptop  in the classrooms. We see social media is being used in learning environments, we see student  using multiple apps to help them in their studies.

  The today  generation loves technology.
Today all student loves to technology and all web tools of technology also. for example mobile, internet, computer and emails and all online activity like flipped learning and all online discussion like to student through learning process.
.And teaching and learning through technology also deep psychology behind it ,psychological purpose for pen and paper but online web tools use to student become very conscious.

To connect with students and help them understand better, a teacher will have to come out of the comfort zone and explore new ways to engage them. And, technology will certainly play an important role in achieving just that. Technology has immense potential to upgrade today’s educational system. There are several students’ apps and smart apps for preschoolers that help teachers improvise and enrich the overall teaching experience. New educational technologies will not only energize the students, but teachers as well
“Technology can not replace teacher”

Technology cannot inspire, help them through their struggles, help them fight back and stand up. Yes; Technology can only be a helping factor to learn, but it cannot replace the knowledge and experience that come with a teacher. So, the future of education as believed that this kind of  belief.
so that both the way of of discussion is important.and the last ,I would like to say that technology with education is very useful in future.

poem- "A Baby Running Barfoo"t by D.H Lawrence

My view about poem A Baby Running Barefoot

baby running barefoot साठी इमेज परिणामIntroduction-

David Herbert Lawrence [11 September 1885- 2 March 1930] was an English novelist, poet, playwright, essayist, literary critic and painter. He wrote work such as
"Sons and lovers"

"Women in love"

"The Rainbow"

"The Foy"

"The lost girl"

Many of his colleagues described him as photographer. He was a visionary thinker and he in true sense represents modernism in English literature.

    Poem

When the bare feet of the baby beat across the grass
The little white feet nod like, white flowers in the wind,
They poise and run like rippies lapping across the water :
And the sight of their white play among the grass
Is like a little robin's song , winsome,
Or as two white butterflies settle in the cup of one flower
For a moment, then    the away with a flutter of wings.

I long for the baby to wander hither to me
Like a wind-shadow wandering over the water,
So that she can stand on my khee
With her little bare feet in my hands,
                  cool like syringa buds,
Firm and silken like pink young peony flowers.

In the first line the poet talks about the "Barefeet" of baby who runs across the grass. He then tells about her little white feet, nod like the flower, nod in the wind he beautifully had described. How a baby child runs across the grass out of innocence to watch baby running across medowfield is the most beautiful sight D.H. Lawrence brilliantly and beautifully has captured the beauty of little baby's play in his poem.

When baby runs barefooted it this sight which soothes your eyes. He compares baby's white play with the song of robin. Robin song its listeners in the same way the sight of baby running barefooted attracts. All the watchers, you cannot take of your eyes when a child is playing in the Medlow-field.

The poet has compare baby's to feet with two white butterflies, like two white butter settled in the cup of one flower baby's barefoot set in the grass. The poet has compare grass with the cup of flower and two white baby's white feet with two white butterflies. Baby's white feet also does not stop at one place like white butterfly it run away from one place to another like white butterfly away with a flutter of wings.

The poet wants baby to wander around him like wind shadow over the water. He want to enjoy the innocence of little baby it also happen sometime that some of us do not enjoy childhood like others and when we see such little baby playing around. We see are innocence in them more than the babies we enjoy their play as it not only soothe our soul than the poet compares her little barefoot with syringe buds, and pink peony flowers baby's buds and firm and silken like pink young peony flowers.

Conclusion
Thus in this poem the poet describes not only beauty of the baby but her childlike innocence.

Take up a philosophical analysis of the purpose of the wall.

Poem are two main important point.........
The Wall
The speaker’s neighbor

“Mending Wall” is a Dramatic narrative poem. The narrator, a New England farmer, contacts his neighbor and between two farms. “Mending” considered as an adjective, the title suggests that the wall serves a more subtle function.

“I let my neighbor know beyond the hill”.

The first line speaker begins with addressing the wall. Poem started with the the wall and they have main point of the Mending wall. The speaker sees both the practicality of maintaining the wall in some places and the impracticality of maintaining the wall where there is no physical need for it. That rather then poem divided the lines.

First lines are.......

Something is a wishy-washy world and just about anything under the
 sun can qualify as “something”

By using “something” instead of “someone” over speaker suggests that human are not the only wall-destroying culprit around. The speaker sees both the practicality of maintaining the wall in some places.

Next is 2 to 9 lines analysis to water, hunter and their Dog freezes it expands. This process the boulders debilitate and leave gaps in the wall that even two can pass walking side-by-side. Speaker approve of this allows people to communicate rather than set up divisions between them. While they do this their dogs are yipping until the hunters get the hare. After the hunters have broken through the wall, the speaker then repairs it.

10 to 15 lines are speaker does
not know when the wall was made spring
Mending-time refers to a new born speaker fixes wall in spring. Apparently the speaker has a neighbor that lives over the hill “Wall between us” repetition emphasizing the wall irony on “wall” because it separates and brings together speaker and neighbor.

In the next line 16 to 19 repetition of “each” stresses their separateness and also the neighbor’ some what childish and attitude. They have to use a“spell” to have the boulders stay still so the wall won’t fall.

Next is 20 to 24 lines are the
Speaker and neighbor’s fingers are rough
Because they   are  handling rocks. The speaker
Begins to see  the wall   as a part of a game.
Literal: the speaker is being playful with his
Neighbor. The wall is not needed.  His
Neighbor owns pine trees and the speaker owns apple trees.

In another are lines 25-27 His apple trees will not grow to a point where it will interfere with the pine trees. The speaker personifies the apple trees. 24 lines are…..

“Good fences to make good neighbor”

ROBERT FROST mending wall image साठी इमेज परिणाम

"Neighbor wants to feel secure within own space, approves of wall, sees them as creation boundaries and fostering good neighborliness"

28 to 32 lines are a spring makes the speaker mischievous baby learning messes with everything. If he can change  the neighbor’s mind about having a wall. Fences make good neighbors since no cows are there to build a wall.

Next is 33 to 36 lines are Wonders if the wall would offend anybody and Pun in “offense” or "A fence"
Refers back to  1st line humans out there in the world that don’t love walls. Instead they want the wall down.

37 to 42 some natural thing in nature
That does not approve of the presence of the
wall. His true “motives” are starting to
Become clearer he wants to change the way his neighbor thinks...........
What is the purpose of the wall?

The woods in the aforementioned line are
on the edge of hell. This signifies that the
neighbor is on the verge of insanity.

Last three important line are 43 to 46
the neighbor's saying..........

 “Good fences make good neighbors”

His father’s tradition, and he wants to keep tradition of the wall. He is not prepared to think beyond that which he has been taught poem ends with the Repetation of his father’s words.

Conclusion
It is poem about two neighbors and Wall. If they can have dominant and personification of the way.“Mending Wall” is a poem that resists a literal reading. What begins as a simple poem about farm life becomes a criticism of all people whose perspectives are limited
